New product to treat hands during COVID-19

FORT MYERS — Trilogy Laboratories has developed a hand mask to replenish moisture to itchy, dry and irritated hands. The Fort Myers-based company developed the products because people are washing and sanitizing their hands more frequently during COVID-19. The hand mask uses three active ingredients — Pentavitin, mallow extract and edelweiss — to combat the effects of harsh chemicals people are using during the pandemic to kill germs, according to a press release. The product can be used as an overnight hand mask treatment or as a deep hydrating hand cream. “In these unique and unprecedented times, where hands are taking a beating from harsh antibacterial and sanitizing products we’re using more than ever before, this mask provides a deep level of moisturizing protection and relief,” says Trilogy Laboratories Owner and Founder Dr. Kristen Flaharty in a statement. “Our customers asked for a product that would provide relief, and we’re happy to deliver something truly extraordinary.”
