Trilogy Laboratories was founded by a pharmaceutical scientist who applied one standard to professional skincare: the same mindset that governs prescription drug development. GMP ISO 22716-certified. Made in Fort Myers, Florida.
Trilogy Laboratories is a GMP ISO 22716-certified private label and custom skincare manufacturer based in Fort Myers, Florida. Founded by Dr. Kristen Flaharty, PharmD, Trilogy serves beauty brands, licensed estheticians, medical spas, dermatologists, and plastic surgeons with 554+ professionally developed formulations and order quantities from 25 to 20,000 units. Every product is manufactured in the United States.
The Origin
A gap no one else was filling.
Dr. Kristen Flaharty spent her career in pharmaceutical product development — formulating prescription-grade drug products for national and international companies. She understood active ingredients at a molecular level: their chemistry, their delivery mechanisms, their stability requirements, their regulatory obligations.
What she couldn't find was a skincare manufacturer that held itself to the same standard.
The gap became personal. Like many others, Dr. Flaharty's husband, Dr. Patrick Flaharty, founder of Azul Cosmetic Surgery and Medical Spa in Fort Myers, Florida was having little success in sourcing high-end skin care products in small quantities. Large manufacturers required bulk orders that practitioners couldn't move before expiration. Quality private label options at small-batch scale simply didn't exist.
Dr. Flaharty decided the best option would be compounding her own formulas to fill the need.
In late 2014, she acquired the assets of a small cosmetic manufacturing company and founded Trilogy Laboratories in Fort Myers, Florida. The quality standard she established from day one was the same one she had applied throughout her pharmaceutical career.
