  • Trilogy uses a broad range of clinically-selected actives across our 554+ formulations — including hyaluronic acid, retinol, vitamin C, niacinamide, glycolic acid, salicylic acid, tranexamic acid, ceramides, peptide complexes (including Matrixyl 3000®), and growth factors. Botanical ingredients include chamomile, calendula, green tea, aloe vera, blue tansy, turmeric, willow bark, and a range of plant oils such as argan, jojoba, squalane, and marula. All formulations are manufactured in our GMP ISO 22716 certified and MoCRA compliant facility in Fort Myers, Florida.
  • Full INCI ingredient lists are available upon request for any formulation in our library. Contact our team to request ingredient documentation for specific products. All Trilogy formulations include INCI-compliant ingredient labeling as standard — certificates of analysis and compliance documentation are available upon request.
  • Yes. Trilogy offers both private label formulations from our ready-to-brand library and fully custom formulation development. Our in-house team of cosmetic chemists and PharmD founder work with you to select, adjust, or combine active ingredients based on your target audience, clinical goals, and brand positioning. Contact us to discuss your formulation objectives.
  • Alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs) — such as glycolic acid, lactic acid, and mandelic acid — are water-soluble exfoliants that work on the skin's surface to loosen dead cells, improve brightness, and smooth texture. Beta hydroxy acids (BHAs) — such as salicylic acid and willow bark extract — are oil-soluble and penetrate into pores to dissolve debris, making them particularly effective for oily and blemish-prone skin. Trilogy formulates both AHA-only and combined AHA/BHA products across our exfoliating toner and treatment range.
  • Yes. Trilogy's formulation library includes a dedicated range of post-procedure and clinical-grade formulations developed specifically for med spa, dermatology, and plastic surgery applications. These include barrier-repair formulas with ceramides, soothing recovery gels with aloe and calendula, oxygenating toners for post-laser use, and growth factor creams for tissue regeneration. All are manufactured under GMP ISO 22716 certification.
  • Yes. Our formulation library includes botanical-forward options featuring plant oils, extracts, and natural actives such as aloe vera, chamomile, calendula, green tea, blue tansy, turmeric, willow bark, and wild plum complex. These can be developed as private label products or incorporated into custom formulations. All Trilogy products are manufactured in our GMP ISO 22716 certified and MoCRA compliant facility regardless of ingredient profile.
  • Growth factors are proteins that signal skin cells to repair, regenerate, and produce collagen. Trilogy uses five bio-identical growth factors that accelerate epidermal cell renewal, reduce the visible appearance of wrinkles, and stimulate collagen synthesis. They are particularly suited to med spa, dermatology, and post-procedure recovery applications — and are available in our Growth Factor Cream formulation for private label branding.
  • Tranexamic acid is a brightening agent that targets melanocyte activity to even skin tone and reduce hyperpigmentation — particularly effective on blemish-prone and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. It is considered gentler than kojic acid and comparable to niacinamide in tolerance, making it well-suited to sensitive skin clients. In Trilogy's Luminessence Serum, tranexamic acid is paired with niacinamide, mandelic acid, and sodium hyaluronate for a comprehensive brightening and resurfacing formula.
