Trilogy laboratories has been an absolute pleasure to work with. I recently started my own skincare line. At first, I had absolutely no idea where to start. I did a quick google search and found some labs across the country. After calling countless labs, I came across Trilogy. The customer service at Trilogy is on a completely different level compared to other labs I’ve talked with. Me being new to the industry, and not quite sure where to start, I was lucky to have come across Trilogy. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful in getting us the formulations and quality we were looking for. They made the entire process seamless from showing what Trilogy offered to sampling, ordering, and ultimately fulfilling! I VERY rarely leave reviews, good or bad, but the ladies at Trilogy have been an absolute pleasure to work with, and I would highly recommend Trilogy to anyone looking to create their own skincare line.
