As the number of COVID-19 cases gets smaller here in Florida and around the country, states are looking to open businesses again. Phase 1 of this process includes our medical practice and retail store partners, however our personal care services customers, such as spas and salons, have not yet been given the green light to open.
Trilogy Laboratories met the criteria to be considered an essential business, and therefore, we have continued to operate during the crisis. The health and safety of our team, partners and facility remains our top priority. As a licensed and FDA Registered facility, Trilogy Labs operates under strict personal hygiene, facility and equipment cleaning and sanitation protocols in accordance with SOPs. We are taking additional precautions for all of our team members during this time and have added additional cleaning and sanitation procedures at the beginning and end of each day to ensure the utmost safety for everyone.
We believe we will see an increase in demand for beauty services once available and we want you to know we are here to support you and all your beauty service needs!
Meanwhile, your clients will want to know that it is safe for them to visit your businesses. We urge you to create enhanced protocols for your facility and your staff to ensure that your staff and clients are safe. While sanitization procedures are commonplace in our industry, we recommend you consider evaluating your procedures and adding additional safeguards.
